I offer consultations either in person at my West Village office, telephone, or video conference via Skype or iChat.

Individual Coaching and Counseling-focuses on personal growth and empowers you to gain a better sense of who you are so that you may evolve and create the kind of life you desire. I will guide you to be mindful of your experience and to develop a sense of compassion towards yourself and others. I also use Focusing techniques as a way to help you listen deeply to yourself through your body and and how it feels at any given moment. Tailored to your specific needs, your coaching experience can either be goal-oriented or open-ended, short-term or long term.

Couples Coaching-helps couples resolve differences between them and to find new and more productive ways of communicating and relating.

Career Coaching-helps you clarify your life's purpose by exploring your talents, interests and what you are most passionate about. It also focuses on your career objectives whether you are content in your present field or embarking on a new one. Career coaching can help guide you through transitional periods.

Spiritual Coaching-enables you to increase your awareness of who you are, what your purpose is, and and how you may integrate a sense of spirituality into your daily life in ways that are practical and meaningful. You will be encouraged to follow your own unique spiritual path regardless of religious affiliation. I also offer meditation instruction.
